CFAO Motors Kenya Limited (formerly Toyota Kenya) is inviting applications for the role of Bodyshop Reception Supervisor. This full-time position is based at the company’s Bodyshop branch along Lusaka Road, Nairobi, and reports directly to the Bodyshop Manager.
This role is key to ensuring customer satisfaction, smooth operations, and efficient communication within the Bodyshop team. The successful candidate will help drive productivity, manage workflow, and maintain the high-quality standards associated with CFAO Motors Kenya’s trusted automotive services.
Key Responsibilities:
Managerial and Supervisory:

Supervise the Bodyshop reception team to ensure top-tier customer service.

Implement workflow processes that promote efficient operations and teamwork.
Operational:

Maintain a clean, organized reception area to enhance workplace safety and professionalism.

Track and update Work in Progress (WIP), cash sales, and debtors reports to meet company standards.

Strengthen interdepartmental relationships for seamless operations.

Monitor and update process boards to reflect accurate information.

Identify and communicate customer needs for effective, timely repairs.

Resolve escalated customer concerns promptly and professionally.
-
Promote customer loyalty by ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.

Facilitate communication with clients on repair status, additional work, and defect reports.

Support marketing initiatives and participate in awareness activities for the department.

Share daily WIP and collection reports with management.

Analyze Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback to improve service delivery.
Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or Business-related field.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an automotive workshop, including 2 years in a supervisory role.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Good understanding of vehicle specifications and basic mechanical systems.

Familiarity with motor vehicle insurance policies and repair procedures.
