BIC, a global leader in fast-moving consumer goods, is looking for a dynamic Associate Manager, Supply Planner to join its Nairobi team. This role is all about ensuring smooth production, effective supply planning, and top-notch service delivery across the region.
Your Main Responsibilities

Production Planning: Work with stakeholders to consolidate demand, align with factories on weekly production, and monitor output to meet business needs.

Deployment & Co-Packing: Oversee shipments, coordinate co-packing orders, and manage weekly distribution from hubs to customers.

Inventory & Performance: Optimize inventory levels, minimize stockouts and overstocks, and support IBP monthly meetings with actionable insights.

Analysis & Tools: Use ERP and planning tools (SAP, Blue Yonder, JDA, etc.) to enhance efficiency and support IT upgrades across the supply chain.
Key Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Supply Chain or related field.

At least 3 years’ supply planning experience in a fast-paced environment (FMCG preferred).

Strong ERP and planning system knowledge (SAP, Blue Yonder, JDA, JDE).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
