The Assistant Restaurant Manager will ensure smooth daily operations, uphold high standards of service, and drive customer satisfaction while aligning with Tamarind’s policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee restaurant operations to ensure seamless service.

Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to needs promptly.

Maintain hygiene, housekeeping, and safety standards.

Conduct staff briefings on events, specials, and service updates.

Supervise inventory levels for service equipment and supplies.

Train and mentor staff on service techniques and operations.

Handle guest complaints and take corrective action.

Ensure meals are served and presented according to SOPs.

Prepare reports on revenues, expenses, and inventory.
Qualifications
-
Degree or diploma in hospitality or a related field.

At least 5 years’ experience in hospitality, with 2+ years in a managerial role.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Proficiency in reporting and inventory management tools.
