This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations across the maintenance department by overseeing both corrective and preventive maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about quality, safety, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the daily and weekly activities of the maintenance department.

Ensure compliance with company and county safety regulations.

Supervise repair and maintenance of production equipment, electrical, gas, and plumbing systems.

Support the Maintenance Manager in developing short- to mid-term maintenance plans.

Guide and train maintenance staff while resolving HR-related matters.

Monitor maintenance costs and encourage cost-effective solutions.

Maintain proper tools and stock items to boost operational efficiency.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.

Strong background in gas, plumbing, electrical, and equipment repair.

Proven supervisory experience.

Effective communication and leadership skills.

Knowledge of welding and industrial plant mechanical systems.

Strong organizational, record-keeping, and teamwork abilities.
