Unilever, one of the world’s leading FMCG companies, is looking for an Assistant Customer Strategy Planning (CSP) Manager – BWPC to join its Nairobi team. This role is all about developing and executing activation plans that align brand objectives with customer priorities.
Your Key Responsibilities

Localize and deploy Category Growth Strategies (CGS) for specific channels and customers.

Manage innovation launches, pricing, and promotions strategies to maximize sales.

Build customer-specific marketing plans integrated with brand marketing and business strategies.

Partner with brand and shopper marketing teams to ensure seamless in-store execution.

Lead capability-building initiatives such as Category Management, Shopper Marketing, and Net Revenue Management.

Monitor trade investments and analyze ROI of marketing activities.
What You’ll Need to Succeed

A Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of experience in category management, sales, or customer-facing roles.

Strong background in shopper marketing, customer insights, and account management.

Solid skills in business planning, negotiation, project management, and execution.

Ability to connect with multiple stakeholders, influence decision-making, and deliver measurable business growth.
