As an Accounts Intern, you’ll report directly to the Finance Manager and work closely with the rest of the accounts department.

🧾 Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Accounting Support

• Processing and posting journal entries, reimbursements, bank deposits, and payments

• Updating and organizing financial documentation

• Assisting with general administrative duties in the accounts department

2. Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Supporting timely vendor invoice processing

• Assisting in preparing payment files

• Helping in customer billing and receivable tracking

• Collecting onboarding documents for new vendors or hires

3. Month-End Reporting

• Assisting with bank reconciliations

• Supporting account schedules and monthly financial close tasks

🎓 Education & Experience

This role is perfect for fresh graduates who hold a degree in:

• Finance

• Accounting

• Business-related fields

Experience from previous internships, attachments, or volunteer roles in finance is an added advantage.
