Accor, a global leader in hospitality and lifestyle experiences, is looking for an Engineering Supervisor to oversee technical operations at its Nairobi property. This role is ideal for professionals who combine technical expertise with leadership skills in facility maintenance.
What You’ll Be Doing

Supervise daily maintenance across hotel facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, elevators, and kitchen equipment.

Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance to keep systems safe and efficient.

Respond quickly to technical emergencies to minimize downtime.

Create and manage technician schedules, while training and guiding the engineering team.

Maintain detailed maintenance logs, reports, and inventory records.

Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and building regulations.

Conduct safety inspections for generators, emergency systems, and fire safety equipment.
Who You Are

A degree or diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.

At least 3 years of technical experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role.

Hands-on knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and generators.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Familiar with local building codes and safety regulations.
