Limuru Country Club, one of Kenya’s most prestigious private clubs, is seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager to lead its operations and elevate member experiences across golf, hospitality, and recreational services. This full-time leadership role is ideal for a senior professional with a strong background in hospitality or club management.

As the General Manager, you will provide strategic direction and day-to-day leadership for all club operations, including golf, sports facilities, food and beverage, and hospitality services. You will play a central role in shaping the club’s long-term vision while ensuring operational excellence and financial sustainability.

A key priority for this role is enhancing the overall membership experience. You will work closely with department heads to deliver high-quality services, foster a positive club culture, and ensure members receive exceptional value. People leadership is also critical—building, motivating, and developing high-performing teams across the organization.

The role also involves overseeing financial management, driving revenue growth, and identifying new business opportunities through marketing initiatives and strategic partnerships. Strong governance, compliance, and sustainability practices are expected to ensure the club continues to thrive in a competitive hospitality environment.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree, with a Master’s qualification considered an added advantage. A minimum of 7 years’ experience in senior leadership within hospitality, sports, or club management is required, along with proven financial, operational, and people management skills.
