About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Change, Employee Relations, and Wellness, the role focuses on three core areas:
✔ Employee Relations (60%)
✔ Wellness Integration (20%)
✔ Culture & Employee Experience (20%)

The successful candidate will help strengthen trust, fairness, and psychological safety throughout the organization.


Key Responsibilities

1. Employee Relations (ER) – 60%

  • Lead and execute a values-driven ER strategy that builds trust and accountability.

  • Integrate wellness perspectives into ER practices to support a holistic employee experience.

  • Manage grievances, disciplinary cases, and performance-related issues across the CIC Group.

  • Standardize ER processes and ensure alignment with governance and compliance frameworks.

  • Oversee grievance management, ensuring confidentiality, transparency, and timely resolution.

  • Identify trends from anonymous reports and recommend preventive cultural interventions.

  • Promote safe feedback channels and nurture psychological safety.

  • Provide ER performance reports and insights to support continuous improvement.


2. Wellness Integration – 20%

  • Coordinate and implement CIC’s holistic Wellness Framework.

  • Manage programs addressing mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.

  • Track wellness metrics and integrate insights into ER and people strategies.

  • Promote mental health awareness and resilience-building initiatives.

  • Drive communication campaigns for wellness programs across internal platforms.

  • Review engagement feedback to identify wellness needs and improvement opportunities.


3. Culture & Employee Experience – 20%

  • Contribute to the design and rollout of culture integration initiatives rooted in company values.

  • Support behavior change programs, targeted communication strategies, and storytelling initiatives.

  • Embed diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) principles into ER and wellness frameworks.

  • Partner with People & Culture leadership to advance inclusive work practices and flexibility.


Who Can Apply?

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.

  • Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.

  • At least 8 years of HR generalist experience.

  • Minimum of 3 years specifically in Employee Relations.

  • Experience in wellness program design and ER frameworks.

  • Strong understanding of the entire employee lifecycle.
