What the Role Involves
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation of laboratory instruments through:

Installing, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing lab equipment

Offering technical support to laboratory professionals

Training staff on safe and efficient equipment usage

Ensuring all instruments meet required safety, calibration, and performance standards

Supporting the promotion and marketing of laboratory equipment to various institutions

Keeping accurate service logs, repair records, and performance reports
What You Need to Qualify
AMSOL is looking for someone with:

Real, practical experience working directly in a laboratory setup

Solid understanding of laboratory tools, consumables, and daily workflows

Good communication and customer-handling skills

Salary Range
The compensation for this role ranges between KSh 30,000 – 40,000, based on experience and skill level.
