Family Bank Ltd is seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join their growing MSME division as a Relationship Manager – MSME Banking. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting small and medium enterprises, driving sales, and managing high-value client relationships in a competitive financial sector.

Key Responsibilities

The Relationship Manager will play a central role in expanding and managing a robust MSME portfolio. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining excellent client satisfaction while offering a complete suite of MSME financial solutions

  • Prospecting for new clients and converting potential leads into long-term banking relationships

  • Driving sales across MSME products such as loans, deposits, and investment offerings

  • Conducting credit assessments, loan structuring, client interviews, and evaluating risk profiles

  • Upholding high ethical and professional standards in all client interactions

  • Leveraging existing client networks to cross-sell Family Bank’s financial services

  • Monitoring portfolio performance and ensuring NPLs remain within set thresholds

  • Working closely with Credit, Risk, and Business Intelligence teams to minimize impairments

  • Ensuring daily recoveries are done and maintaining NPLs below target

  • Enforcing strict compliance with KYC, AML, and all regulatory guidelines

  • Supporting timely loan processing by coordinating with the Credit Department

  • Ensuring complete documentation before loan drawdowns

  • Performing any additional duties as assigned

What You Need to Qualify

To succeed in this role, candidates must have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

  • At least 7 years of experience in MSME banking, with 5 years in business development

  • Strong credit evaluation skills and experience in structured financing

  • Proven success in building relationships with MSME clients

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets

A Master’s degree and additional certifications are an added advantage.
