Key Responsibilities
🔹 1. New Business Acquisition
Your primary focus is identifying and securing new customers who require time-definite, international shipping. This involves:

Negotiating deals and onboarding new clients
Collaboration is vital—you’ll work with Core and Retail Sales teams to ensure each customer gets a seamless transition to long-term account management.

To stay ahead, you’ll dive deep into market insights:

Analyzing customer sectors such as manufacturing, healthcare, technology, automotive, and industrial

Monitoring competitor activity

You’ll also share strategic feedback with Product, Pricing, and Marketing teams to help enhance DHL’s offering.

Strong relationships are essential. You’ll leverage your network to open commercial opportunities and build trust with key decision-makers. During customer onboarding, you’ll ensure a smooth handover to the account managers while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Who Should Apply?

✔ Education
