Business Growth (60%)

Implement branch sales strategies to attract new clients and increase wallet share from existing customers.

Understand Absa’s full range of retail and business banking products to meet customer needs effectively.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Asset Finance, Direct Sales, and Bancassurance to maximize sales.

Conduct continuous market intelligence to identify emerging trends and business opportunities.

Deliver excellent service by ensuring fast account onboarding, quality sales, and prompt issue resolution.
Risk & Compliance (10%)

Adhere to Absa’s internal controls, AML/KYC regulations, and operational risk requirements.

Ensure accurate documentation, correct product booking, and income collection.
Customer Experience (20%)

Maintain high customer satisfaction by meeting service turnaround times.

🎓 Qualifications

Business-related degree (BA/BSc/HND).

Proven experience in sales and banking operations.
