The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is looking for a Product Manager, Program Data Systems to join its Nairobi team. This full-time position is perfect for an experienced professional passionate about data-driven decision-making and humanitarian innovation.
About the Role
As a Product Manager, you’ll take ownership of IRC’s Program Data Systems under the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) function. You’ll manage the entire product lifecycle — from ideation to deployment — ensuring that IRC’s data tools meet global program needs.
Your leadership will guide the development and optimization of data systems that power IRC’s humanitarian programs. This includes maintaining product roadmaps, managing cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring system integrations are robust and secure.
Key Responsibilities

Define product vision, strategy, and success metrics for Program Data Systems.

Lead product design, development, and rollout in collaboration with technical teams.

Partner with MEAL, IT, and field staff to align products with real-world needs.

Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with global standards.

Drive continuous product improvement through feedback and analytics.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing data systems or digital product portfolios.

Strong background in product ownership, agile methods, and data management.

Familiarity with humanitarian, development, or social impact organizations is an added advantage.
