Key Responsibilities
1. Business Growth & Sales Execution

Develop and execute strategies to generate new business and grow existing client portfolios.

Conduct sales presentations, activations, and marketing initiatives to expand the branch’s reach.

Monitor branch performance daily to ensure sales targets and profitability goals are met.

Prepare regular management reports on branch activities and performance.
2. People Management & Administration

Lead and coach branch staff to achieve sales objectives and deliver top-tier customer service.

Oversee performance appraisals, motivation, and staff training programs.

Foster a culture of teamwork, discipline, and professional growth within the branch.
3. Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure timely resolution of their needs.

Supervise portfolio management and ensure efficient handling of customer calls and visits.

Build and sustain long-term client relationships that support business retention and growth.
4. Risk & Compliance Management
-
Ensure loan portfolio quality meets HF Group’s credit and risk standards.

Review compliance and audit reports to implement timely corrective actions.

Guarantee adherence to AML/KYC guidelines and all internal policies.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related field (Master’s preferred).

Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience within the banking industry.

Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Sound knowledge of risk management, financial operations, and compliance frameworks.

Professional certifications such as AKIB are an added advantage.
