This full-time role is perfect for a forward-thinking professional passionate about learning, organizational growth, and staff capacity building. The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive learning and development framework that supports performance, innovation, and impact across programs.
Key Responsibilities

Design and implement an organizational learning framework aligned with company strategy and goals.

Collaborate with teams to identify training needs and create inclusive, scalable, and culturally responsive learning solutions.

Incorporate innovative technologies and AI tools to improve learning delivery and accessibility.

Capture and share lessons learned, success stories, and best practices across teams and partners.

Coordinate training sessions, peer learning events, and mentoring programs to enhance skills and performance.

Partner with HR, Communications, and Program leads to align learning strategies with organizational objectives.

Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement across all levels of the organization.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in learning management, capacity building, or knowledge management.

Proven experience in the non-profit or international development sector.

Strong facilitation and communication skills.

Familiarity with Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) frameworks.

Experience designing both in-person and virtual learning programs.

Excellent teamwork, organizational, and project management abilities.
