This is an exciting full-time opportunity for a seasoned professional passionate about sales, marketing, and business growth within modern trade channels. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving BIC’s presence and performance across major supermarket chains while ensuring sustained revenue growth and strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee and grow sales volumes across BIC’s three core product lines — Stationery, Lighters, and Shavers.

Execute trade promotions and ensure excellent product visibility and merchandising in key retail outlets.

Manage third-party sales and merchandising agents to achieve store-level sales targets.

Build and maintain solid relationships with supermarket partners while exploring opportunities for new product listings.

Monitor competitor activities and provide regular sales and market intelligence reports.

Mentor and motivate sales and merchandising teams to exceed performance goals.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business-related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Key Accounts Management, preferably within FMCG.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and drive team performance.
