About the Role
The Property Executive will play a key role in customer outreach, lead generation, and relationship management. You’ll engage clients from across the globe, providing them with insight into Tatu City’s world-class residential and commercial investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- 
Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and contact potential buyers through calls, messages, and online channels to present Tatu City’s property portfolio.
 - 
Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, providing excellent service across multiple time zones.
 - 
CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress using CRM tools.
 - 
Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to strengthen lead pipelines and refine outreach strategies.
 
Qualifications
- 
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
 - 
1–3 years’ experience in telesales, account management, or property sales.
 - 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 - 
Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
 - 
Experience working with international or diaspora clients will be an advantage.
