Key Responsibilities

Lead daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency and high-quality food production.

Support the Executive Chef in planning menus, food presentation, and special event catering.

Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain culinary standards and hygiene compliance.

Oversee inventory, purchasing, and food cost control to stay within budget.

Ensure compliance with food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations.

Prepare and cook meals for regular service and special occasions.

Encourage teamwork, innovation, and exceptional service culture among kitchen associates.
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED with 4 years’ culinary experience in a five-star hotel,
OR
A 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related field. -
Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.

Deep understanding of food quality, presentation, and safety standards.
