As a Support Staff member, you’ll work closely with teachers to assist in classroom activities, maintain a clean and safe environment, and help foster positive social behaviors among children. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring daily routines run smoothly while promoting care, safety, and fun in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist teachers and students with daily classroom routines and activities

Help children learn respectful social interactions

Maintain cleanliness in classrooms and play areas

Supervise children during playtime, nap time, and outdoor sessions

Support meal and snack preparation, ensuring hygiene standards

Attend to children’s personal care needs

Assist in school transportation when needed

Participate in school events and activities
Qualifications and Skills:

KCSE certificate with at least a D+ grade

Certificate of Good Conduct

Strong teamwork, patience, and reliability

Experience in a nursery or early childhood setting is an added advantage

Compassionate and caring nature with excellent communication skills
