About the Role
Reporting to the Head of MSME, the Relationship Manager will play a key role in managing and expanding the Chinese business portfolio within the bank. The role involves developing new relationships, deepening existing ones, and promoting tailored financial solutions for Chinese customers and Business Club members.
Key Responsibilities

Drive growth in revenue and deposits through new client acquisitions and relationship management.

Train branch and support staff on Chinese banking products and services.

Monitor customer transactions to ensure compliance with AML and KYC policies.

Plan events, seminars, and exposure trips for the Chinese and Business Club banking members.

Oversee credit documentation, loan approvals, and disbursement processes.

Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to teams handling Chinese and Diaspora clients.
Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

Proficiency in the Chinese language (oral and written) is mandatory.

At least 2 years of proven experience working with Chinese clients or business segments.

Strong communication, marketing, and interpersonal skills.

Integrity, self-motivation, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
