In this role, you’ll be at the heart of warehouse operations — ensuring products are well-organized, stock movements are accurate, and inventory processes run smoothly. Your day-to-day duties will include confirming the quality and quantity of incoming stock, processing supplier invoices, overseeing stock loading for dispatch, and maintaining real-time updates using the organization’s ERP system.
You’ll also be responsible for conducting daily stock reconciliations, coordinating supplier returns, and preparing detailed reports that help management make data-driven decisions. Precision and consistency are key in this position, as every transaction impacts the company’s overall efficiency.
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or IT-related fields, be computer-savvy, and have at least 2–3 years of experience in a busy operational environment. Proficiency in Microsoft tools and strong reporting skills will give you an added advantage.
