Job Purpose
The Solutions Architect will play a critical role in designing and validating end-to-end technology solutions that align with I&M Bank’s enterprise architecture standards. The position requires balancing innovation, compliance, and business needs to deliver efficient and secure solutions that power the bank’s operations.
Key Responsibilities

Design secure, scalable, and cost-effective technology solutions across banking domains.

Develop solution blueprints, integration designs, and data flow frameworks.

Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements such as performance, security, and compliance.

Architect integrations between core banking systems, fintechs, and third-party services.

Leverage APIs, microservices, and middleware for seamless interoperability.

Align solutions with open banking standards and regulatory frameworks.

Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and enterprise architects to translate business goals into technical execution.

Support legacy system migration to modern cloud platforms.

Participate in architecture governance forums and maintain technical documentation.
Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.

3–6 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years as a Solutions Architect or Technical Lead in banking or financial services.

Strong background in software development or IT support.

Certifications in TOGAF, ITIL, or Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) are a plus.
