Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, a global name in luxury hospitality, is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager (Corporate) to join its Nairobi team.
This dynamic role reports directly to the Cluster Director of Sales and calls for an ambitious, results-driven professional ready to lead sales initiatives across key market segments, including Corporate Sales, Group Sales, Government Sales, Incentives, Conventions, and Meeting Sales.
The successful candidate will play a central role in driving revenue growth, enhancing guest experiences, and supporting the hotel’s long-term strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee corporate and group sales operations while driving the hotel’s luxury guest experience.

Collaborate with the F&B marketing team to design effective sales campaigns.

Participate in revenue management to maximize yield and occupancy.

Develop and mentor a motivated sales team aligned with Fairmont’s values.

Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.

Identify new market opportunities and trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Manage key accounts and ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or Hotel Management qualification (MBA or similar is a plus).

At least 5 years of sales experience in hospitality, preferably in the Kenyan or international market.

Proven record in managing corporate, government, and group sales.

Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.

A valid driver’s license is required.
