ALN Kenya, one of Africa’s leading law and advisory firms, is seeking a Transfer Pricing Associate to join its growing tax and advisory team in Nairobi.
This role is perfect for finance, accounting, or tax professionals with a passion for international taxation and compliance.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Associate Director and the broader tax team to support clients across Africa and globally, ensuring that their transfer pricing policies comply with Kenyan regulations, OECD guidelines, and broader corporate goals.
Key Responsibilities
As a Transfer Pricing Associate, you’ll play a critical role in delivering cross-border tax and advisory services.
Your key duties will include:

Supporting delivery of transfer pricing advisory and compliance projects for multinational clients.

Preparing and reviewing transfer pricing documentation to ensure full compliance with local and international laws.

Conducting benchmarking studies and financial analyses to guide client pricing strategies.

Advising clients on cross-border transactions, restructuring, and pricing arrangements.

Assisting in tax audits, dispute resolution, and responses to regulatory documentation requests.

Monitoring global tax trends and drafting insights or legal updates for clients.

Providing internal training and contributing to the firm’s capacity-building initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Law.

4+ years of experience in transfer pricing, ideally within Big 4 firms, international law firms, or corporate tax teams.

Strong knowledge of Kenyan transfer pricing regulations, OECD guidelines, and cross-border tax laws.

Professional certifications such as CPA, CTA, or ACT are highly desirable.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
