Your Role and Impact

As a Construction Site Engineer, you’ll be the key driver in executing and supervising construction projects from start to finish. You’ll ensure that each outlet or facility under development meets Java House’s exceptional design and operational standards.
Your work will include:

  • Overseeing daily site operations and ensuring quality workmanship.

  • Implementing project work plans and monitoring progress against timelines.

  • Coordinating with internal teams and external contractors to maintain seamless project flow.

  • Managing costs, risks, and compliance with OSHA and building regulations.

  • Preparing architectural drawings and ensuring that every design element works harmoniously for the Operations team.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.

  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Strong technical knowledge in AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, and Microsoft Project.

  • The ability to work under pressure and still deliver excellence.

  • Great communication and leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
