As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in maintaining Accor’s world-class standards by ensuring all guest rooms, corridors, and hotel areas are spotless and welcoming. You’ll lead and inspire a team of room attendants while delivering top-tier guest service that defines the Accor brand.
Your Daily Role
Your responsibilities will include:

Supervising and training housekeeping staff to maintain consistency and excellence.

Conducting audits of guest rooms and public areas to meet brand standards.

Coordinating preventive maintenance and addressing operational issues promptly.

Managing staff performance and providing coaching and feedback.

Responding to guest concerns quickly and courteously.

Ensuring strict compliance with safety and cleanliness policies.
You’ll also contribute to hotel committees, promote teamwork, and uphold Accor’s core values in every interaction.
Who You Are
To excel in this role, you should have:

A hospitality degree or equivalent qualification.

At least 2 years of experience in housekeeping within a luxury hotel.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Keen attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Familiarity with Property Management Systems and Microsoft Office.
