About the Role
As a Product Manager II, you’ll collaborate with Engineering, Data Platform, and Feature teams to streamline workflows and improve reliability, performance, and efficiency across Microsoft’s product ecosystem. You’ll champion data-driven improvements and create automated, fault-tolerant systems that ensure seamless performance at scale.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with engineering teams to align product requirements and execution strategies.

Optimize data pipelines and workflows for health metrics and performance tracking.

Implement automation tools such as CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.

Introduce Azure Data Factory and Synapse orchestration tools for modern data processing.

Enhance the reliability and fault tolerance of telemetry pipelines.

Use machine learning and telemetry data to detect anomalies and trigger corrective actions.

Prepare executive-level updates on product performance, anomalies, and optimization outcomes.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in engineering, product management, or data analysis.

Proven success in managing cross-functional projects and process optimization.

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of data engineering tools, telemetry, and automation systems.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience

Hands-on experience with Azure Monitor, performance profilers, and telemetry dashboards.
