As part of Strathmore’s Alumni Office, you will play a vital role in connecting graduates with their alma mater through engaging events and initiatives such as the Meeting of Minds, Knowledge Series, and alumni networking sessions.
What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting the execution of alumni programs and events.

Managing alumni inquiries through email, calls, and in-person visits with professionalism.

Handling event logistics — from venue booking and catering to guest management.

Updating alumni profiles, issuing ID cards, and maintaining the Connect platform database.

Preparing feedback reports, maintaining alumni engagement records, and ensuring compliance with data privacy policies.
What We’re Looking For
You should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field, and have at least two years of experience in administration, alumni relations, or event planning.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in dynamic environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/event platforms will give you an edge.
