As part of Strathmore’s Alumni Office, you will play a vital role in connecting graduates with their alma mater through engaging events and initiatives such as the Meeting of Minds, Knowledge Series, and alumni networking sessions.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the execution of alumni programs and events.

  • Managing alumni inquiries through email, calls, and in-person visits with professionalism.

  • Handling event logistics — from venue booking and catering to guest management.

  • Updating alumni profiles, issuing ID cards, and maintaining the Connect platform database.

  • Preparing feedback reports, maintaining alumni engagement records, and ensuring compliance with data privacy policies.

What We’re Looking For

You should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field, and have at least two years of experience in administration, alumni relations, or event planning.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in dynamic environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/event platforms will give you an edge.
