SafeBoda, a leading mobility and fintech company in Africa, is expanding its Nairobi team and is looking for a Sales Executive to help grow its merchant and SME ecosystem.
In this role, you’ll play a critical part in onboarding businesses onto SafeBoda’s platform, driving adoption of its innovative solutions, and ensuring SMEs thrive within the SafeBoda network.
What You’ll Do:
- 
Prospect and engage small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) across Nairobi. 
- 
Pitch SafeBoda’s value proposition in a way that’s clear, compelling, and tailored to business needs. 
- 
Close deals and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. 
- 
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer success. 
- 
Provide after-sales support to help merchants get the most from SafeBoda’s fintech and mobility services. 
What You’ll Bring:
- 
A proven track record in sales, ideally within the SME, merchant, or B2B space. 
- 
A commission-driven attitude with a hunger to exceed targets. 
- 
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
- 
Ability to work independently while staying organized and goal-focused. 
- 
Familiarity with the Nairobi business environment is an advantage. 
- 
Prior experience in fintech, mobility, or service industries is a plus.
