BIC, a global leader in fast-moving consumer goods, is looking for a dynamic Associate Manager, Supply Planner to join its Nairobi team. This role is all about ensuring smooth production, effective supply planning, and top-notch service delivery across the region.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Production Planning: Work with stakeholders to consolidate demand, align with factories on weekly production, and monitor output to meet business needs.

• Deployment & Co-Packing: Oversee shipments, coordinate co-packing orders, and manage weekly distribution from hubs to customers.

• Inventory & Performance: Optimize inventory levels, minimize stockouts and overstocks, and support IBP monthly meetings with actionable insights.

• Analysis & Tools: Use ERP and planning tools (SAP, Blue Yonder, JDA, etc.) to enhance efficiency and support IT upgrades across the supply chain.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Supply Chain or related field.

• At least 3 years’ supply planning experience in a fast-paced environment (FMCG preferred).

• Strong ERP and planning system knowledge (SAP, Blue Yonder, JDA, JDE).

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• A collaborative, detail-oriented professional with great communication skills.
