What You’ll Do
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in building Xiaomi’s team by:

Understanding the company’s business models and planning recruitment strategies.

Leading the end-to-end recruitment process — from defining talent profiles to candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Conducting salary benchmarking, offer negotiations, and ensuring smooth transitions for new hires.

Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for future needs.

Partnering with different business units to align recruitment with organizational goals.

Researching industry trends and providing talent market insights.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you should have:

A Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, business, or a related field.

Integrity, honesty, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in English (working language).

Experience in recruiting across at least two job categories (sales, marketing, technology, or functional roles).

Prior experience in a headhunting firm is an added advantage.
