What You’ll Do

Drive the growth of Bolt’s Comfort category through onboarding and adoption campaigns.

Support the expansion of Bolt Send by bringing new couriers and retailers onboard.

Improve rider experience by conducting audits, updating pick-up and drop-off (PUDO) points, and enhancing signage.

Assist in scaling Scheduled Rides by onboarding drivers and optimizing conversions.

Collaborate with Rider Support and Communications to address complaints and build better strategies.

Scout and secure high-traffic venues to make rider access smoother and more convenient.
Who You Are

Have 3–5 years’ experience in operations, account management, or customer experience.

Comfortable with data and performance tracking tools.

Execution-driven with strong ownership of tasks.

Collaborative and able to work across different teams.

Customer-focused, always using rider feedback to improve services.
