This senior-level role is at the heart of Acumen’s mission, requiring someone who can manage complex, multi-year programs while building strong partnerships across global teams and donors.
What You’ll Do

Oversee program strategy, work plans, and budgets with precision.

Manage large-scale donor-funded projects with a focus on transparency and results.

Lead Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) systems to ensure measurable impact.

Represent Acumen in high-level engagements with donors, government, and global stakeholders.

Build and mentor a diverse, multicultural program team.
Who We’re Looking For

At least 10 years’ experience in managing multi-million, multi-year donor-funded projects.

Proven expertise in project cycle management, financial oversight, and stakeholder engagement.

Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring diverse teams.

Advanced degree in Project Management, Business Management, or International Development (preferred).

Regional experience in East or West Africa is highly valued.
