What the Role Involves
The Senior Procurement Officer will:

Lead end-to-end procurement processes for construction projects, including tendering, contract management, and supplier evaluation.

Manage procurement of essential construction materials like cement, steel, aggregates, and subcontractor services.

Oversee vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality standards.

Negotiate competitive pricing, contract terms, and resolve site-level procurement issues.

Ensure compliance with policies and regulations, maintaining transparent and auditable processes.
Qualifications Needed
Applicants should have:

A Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Construction Management, or Engineering.

Professional certification such as CIPS, CPSP, or KISM is an added advantage.

6–8 years of procurement experience, including at least 3 years in construction procurement.

Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, construction materials, and supply chain processes.

Proven ability to negotiate and manage large construction contracts.
