What the Role Involves
The Business Processing Officer will support the smooth administration of policies and membership, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

Reviewing application forms and underwriting documents for accuracy.

Verifying premiums before membership updates.

Timely placement and renewal of customer cover.

Issuing policy documents and endorsements within set timelines.

Managing underwriting files and handling client, broker, and agent inquiries.

Supporting marketing and product development initiatives.

Preparing monthly and quarterly reports for performance tracking.
Who Should Apply?
The ideal candidate will have:

A degree in Business or a related field.

Progress toward professional insurance qualifications such as CII or IIK (an advantage).

At least 1 year of experience in insurance administration or underwriting.

Strong IT skills, including Excel and Microsoft Office.

Analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
