The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping AAR’s retail business, particularly in family and individual health products. This position reports directly to the Group Head of Distribution and is designed for a visionary leader who can balance strategy, execution, and innovation.
What You’ll Do

Develop strategies that fuel revenue growth and profitability.

Build and strengthen partnerships with brokers, agents, and bancassurance partners.

Drive retail business through digital platforms and new distribution channels.

Support the launch and enhancement of customer-focused insurance products.

Lead training and engagement sessions with intermediaries to boost performance.

Collaborate with marketing teams to design impactful campaigns.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and customer satisfaction benchmarks.
What You’ll Bring

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (a Diploma in Insurance or ACII is an added advantage).

At least 5 years’ experience in sales and business development within retail insurance.

A proven track record in managing intermediaries and digital channels.

Strong relationship-building and market development skills.
