About the Role
As a Senior Maritime Transport Logistics Training Officer, you will be responsible for:

Overseeing the quality and standards of maritime logistics training in Kenya.

Maintaining a record of accredited training institutions and training materials.

Supporting capacity building by organizing Training of Trainers workshops.

Preparing reports and ensuring compliance with set guidelines.
-
Developing and maintaining databases of institutions and stakeholders.
This role is key in ensuring Kenya’s maritime workforce is trained to international standards.
Qualifications
To qualify, candidates should have:

A Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Shipping, Port Management, Transport Economics, Logistics, or a related field.

At least three years of relevant work experience.

Strong organizational and reporting skills.

Computer proficiency.
