Role Overview
As Legal Counsel, you’ll play a critical role in litigation management, compliance, and risk mitigation. You will manage court cases, advise on legal strategy, and provide expert legal opinions to safeguard the company’s operations.
Key Responsibilities

Manage civil and criminal litigation matters for the company and subsidiaries.

Receive and process summons, pleadings, and court documents.

Maintain accurate litigation records and trackers.

Draft legal documents, including demand letters, contracts, and court defenses.

Negotiate out-of-court settlements and prepare agreements.

Conduct legal research and keep management updated on regulatory changes.

Ensure compliance in all company-leased facilities.

Collaborate with external lawyers, insurers, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications

Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a recognized institution.

Minimum 3 years of legal work experience.

Strong litigation, drafting, and negotiation skills.
