PZ Cussons Kenya, a global leader in personal care, home care, and nutrition products, is seeking a Supply Chain Management Accountant to join its Nairobi team. This role combines financial analysis with supply chain operations to ensure cost efficiency, compliance, and profitability across the company’s supply and distribution network.
The accountant will play a key role in bridging finance and operations, supporting procurement decisions, and ensuring smooth flow of goods and finances across the Kenyan and East African markets.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze supply chain budgets and forecasts.

Track procurement and logistics expenses against budgets.

Conduct variance analysis and recommend cost-saving measures.

Collaborate with procurement teams on supplier evaluation and payment.

Monitor inventory costs, working capital, and financial reporting.

Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and Kenyan tax regulations.

Support internal and external audits related to supply chain operations.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

CPA (K) / ACCA certification is mandatory.

Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in finance, with at least 2 years in supply chain or manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain processes.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Must meet Chapter Six of the Kenyan Constitution requirements (integrity clearance).
