Job Vacancy: Experienced Sales Executive – GPS Tracking Solutions

As we expand our footprint across Kenya, we are seeking ambitious, results-driven, and experienced Sales Executives at Finatrack Global Ltd to join our growing team in Nairobi.

Position: Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities for GPS tracking and fleet management systems
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet individual and team sales targets
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and consultations for prospective clients
  • Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and lead qualification to closing deals
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups, renewals, and up-selling
  • Generate market intelligence reports and contribute to marketing and product development strategies
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in GPS tracking, automotive, ICT, or security solutions
  • Strong understanding of the vehicle tracking market in Kenya
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet set targets
  • Proficient in CRM software, MS Office, and digital sales tools
  • Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business, ICT, or a related field
