Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Lead based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, and ensuring that targets and objectives are met. The role involves developing strategies, mentoring team members, coordinating with other departments, and implementing process improvements. The Team Lead will also be responsible for reporting on team performance and contributing to overall organizational goals.

• Strong Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making abilities
• Communication, Interpersonal, and Conflict Resolution skills
• Operational Management, Process Improvement, and Strategic Planning skills
• Proficiency in using financial software and tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Experience in the micro-finance or financial services industry is a plus
