Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Agent at Shiv Construction Co. Ltd, located in Eldoret. The Site Agent will be responsible for managing daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that all work is carried out according to project plans, schedules, and safety standards. Duties include supervising site personnel, coordinating with subcontractors, monitoring progress, and providing regular updates to project managers. The Site Agent will also be responsible for ensuring that materials are used efficiently and maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Project management and site supervision skills
• Knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in using construction management software and tools
• Experience in managing subcontractors and labor on-site
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry is desirable
