Are you a results-driven sales expert with a passion for fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG)? Saisem Traders, a leading distributor of top-quality FMCG products across Western Kenya, is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive at Saisem Traders to join our growing team!

Location: Kisumu, Kenya

Experience Level: Minimum 5 years in FMCG sales

What You’ll Do:

• Drive and grow sales across our FMCG product lines
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and key accounts
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach in assigned territories
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the FMCG industry (essential)
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent knowledge of local and regional retail networks
• Ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and strong work ethic
• Good computer literacy (MS Office, sales tracking tools)
• Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel within the region
