Recovery Officers at Tenakata Enterprises Limited will be responsible for managing and overseeing the collection of overdue loans and debts. Their primary role is to minimize losses for the institution by recovering outstanding payments from borrowers who have defaulted or are at risk of defaulting on their loans.

• Achieve the monthly and daily collection targets.

• Diploma or Bachelor%u2019s degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, Banking, credit management or any other related degree
• Credit Operations & SME evaluations experiences from a financial institution or Fintech environment.
• Professional qualifications in Credit Management (Certified Credit Professional) is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years%u2019 relevant experience in credit recoveries.
• Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, negotiation skills and interpersonal skills, focused, self-driven and attentive to detail.
