Sales Supervisor at Kinangop Dairy Limited
JOB OVERALL PURPOSE:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales Management: Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
- Team Leadership: Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with hem and understanding their needs
- Market Analysis: Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Reporting: Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or Sales Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the FMCG industry
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
SKILLS
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales performance and market trend information
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
